Simon Says Stamp - Anything Goes challenge. I used a lot more than just the shattered stains technique on this tag. Make sure you view it at full size so you can see the detail on the heart and wings (Right click, Open Link in New Tab). The findings are standard Ideaology, the background is tissue wrap colored with a dabber and the new Spring Seasonal Distress Inks.
